Inspired by the University of North Carolina, This Retro Air Jordan 4 for toddlers is built with suede, and the upper is primarily in University Blue, with the Wings having White Cement-style detailing and a heel and midsole. The sneaker has speckled grey detailing on the foam midsole, Wings and a Jumpman branded heel tab. The foam on the midsole is for cushioning, and the herringbone pattern rubber outsole is for traction.
